HardLight

"Hardlight" was a prototype game I made in university that introduces players to a futuristic world where they control a resilient robot with a unique ability – respawning.

As players navigate through challenging levels, they experience the intense struggle for survival, overcoming obstacles, and engaging in dynamic battles. The game's central mechanic of respawning adds a strategic layer, allowing players to approach challenges with persistence and adaptability.

Animation

the animation on this project was a mix between maya for the 3d work load and photoshop/toonboom for the 2d work.

Modelling

The model was made in Autodesk Maya, with the 3d environments being created in Unity.

Art

The art of the project was mainly revolved around creating the robot character you see, this model being for the player and enemies. the rest of the art being concept pieces.
